As part of Bed Bath & Beyond’s rebranding initiative, enhancing the loyalty program became a key focus. Led by Bobbi Dulaney and Sarah Miller, the team developed the core concept and primary logo design. I supported the project by implementing the new branding across the email marketing channel, ensuring consistency and visual cohesion throughout. Together, we delivered a loyalty program identity that reinforces brand trust, drives engagement, and adds tangible value for our customers.
