Work: Promotional Emails and Loyalty Program Emails

At Bed Bath & Beyond, my role included designing promotional emails, creating templates for triggered and transactional emails, and producing our loyalty emails. I worked closely with our email strategy team each week to bring their ideas to life based on the design concepts provided for each campaign.
During one of Bed Bath & Beyond’s rebranding initiatives, enhancing the loyalty program became a key focus. The team developed the core concept and primary logo design. I supported the project by implementing the new branding across the email marketing channel, ensuring consistency and visual cohesion throughout.
